Portable Toilet Software Pricing Compared (2026)

Portable toilet software pricing falls into three models: per user, per truck, and flat monthly tiers. Of the vendors below, PJR, LayCor, PortaPro, DynoRoute and Magic Lav publish prices on their own sites, while ServiceCore and PRO Enterprise are quote-based. Every price here was checked on the vendor's own page on October 21, 2026.

Magic Lav publishes this page and is one of the rows. Prices change, so treat this as a dated snapshot and confirm on each vendor's site before you budget.

Pricing at a glance

One line per vendor: pricing model, published price, contract terms, trial, and setup or onboarding costs where the vendor lists them.

All figures are as listed on October 21, 2026 and exclude sales tax, payment processing, and optional services unless noted.

How the three pricing models scale

The headline price matters less than how the bill grows when you add a driver or a truck. Here's how each model behaves.

Per user

You pay for each person who logs in, sometimes at different rates for office and field users. It's easy to predict, and a small crew pays little. The bill rises with every driver you hire, even seasonal ones, so count your peak-season headcount, not your winter crew.

Per truck

You pay for each route truck, and office logins may be free. ServiceCore's FAQ describes this model. It suits operations with a big office team relative to their fleet. Adding a truck raises the bill, but adding a dispatcher or bookkeeper doesn't.

Flat tiers

You pay a set monthly price for a feature level, sometimes with seat or usage limits. PortaPro, DynoRoute and LayCor's base plan don't charge per seat; Magic Lav includes two driver seats per plan and charges per seat after that. Flat tiers are simple to budget. The thing to watch is what's in each tier and what costs extra, such as add-ons or usage credits.

Worked example: 1 office user and 2 drivers

This is list-price math only, using what each vendor publishes. It leaves out taxes, add-ons, training, data conversion, and anything that needs a quote. It assumes each driver uses the vendor's mobile or field access.

Same crew, grown to 5 drivers

The takeaway isn't that one vendor is cheapest. It's that per-user pricing favors very small crews, seat-free flat tiers favor growing crews, and feature tiers and add-ons can move the total more than the base price does.

Costs that don't show up in the monthly price

Questions to ask before you sign

  1. What is my exact monthly price at my current truck and driver count, and at double that?
  2. Which features in your demo are in my plan, and which are add-ons?
  3. Is there a contract, and what happens if I cancel early?
  4. Is there a free trial, or a paid pilot?
  5. What does it cost to import my customers, jobsites and units?
  6. How are price changes communicated?

Where Magic Lav fits

Magic Lav is a flat-tier option built specifically for portable restroom operators, and the whole price list is on its pricing page: $99, $129 or $159 per month, two driver seats on every plan, $20 per additional driver seat, and no discounts or haggling. What changes between tiers is features:

The 2-week trial is self-serve. A card is required, but you won't be charged until day 15, and you can cancel anytime before then.
